ISO containers are used to construct smaller buildings such as medical units of various orientations where there is a requirement for future mobility.

They are a semi-mobile solution that can also feature a CSC label to reduce the cost of sea transport (even a recurring one).

Almost stand-alone units with water and waste connection requirements. They either have their own backup generator or need to be connected to the main electricity supply.
