DESIGN & PLANNING ACTIVITIES

Our team consists of chief project engineers, independent project engineers and designers. We offer documentation in the areas of cleanroom built-ins, technology, HVAC, piping (healthcare engineering, heating, cooling, pure media), high current, low current, measurement and regulation.

Although the BLOCK^® Holding is more active in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, healthcare and cleanrooms, our design group develops not only these special spaces, but also amenity buildings.

We are passionate about new technologies and support the digitalization of the construction industry. We have been preparing project documentation in models using BIM methodology in all of the professions mentioned above. As we have our own BIM coordinators, we also offer our partners support in the development of BIM models.
